More homes, finished and under way

Every home we've built is a custom design. Here's our first finished home and the two we're building right now.

What we build

Homes for people who have a block, or are about to

Custom homes

A home designed around your block, your family and your budget, rather than a display-village plan squeezed onto your land. We can design from scratch with you or adapt a plan you already like.

Knockdown rebuilds

If you like your street but not your house, we can replace it. We assess the existing house and block, organise the demolition, and build new on the same land.

Dual-occupancy and units

Two or more homes on one lot, for families living side by side or as an investment. We check what council will allow on your block before you commit to anything.

How a build runs

From bare block to handover in about six months

Our builds take about six months on average. These photos are from our own sites, and each stage is inspected before the next one starts.

  1. The Verday Boulevard block after site set-out, with neighbouring house frames behind

    Site set-out

    Verday Boulevard, September 2026

The block is surveyed and pegged so the slab sits exactly where the plans say.

  2. Steel reinforcement and waffle pods laid out on the Jagged Circuit block before the slab pour

    Slab

    Jagged Circuit, January 2026

Reinforcement and pods go down, the building surveyor inspects, then the concrete is poured.

  3. Timber wall frames and roof trusses standing at Ladhams Way

    Frame

    Ladhams Way, June 2026

Wall frames and roof trusses go up and the frame is inspected before anything covers it.

  4. Ladhams Way at lock-up stage, with brown brick walls, a tiled roof and windows in

    Lock-up

    Ladhams Way, August 2026

Roof, brickwork, windows and external doors are in, so the house can be locked.

  5. Living area at Jagged Circuit with tiles laid, kitchen joinery installed and walls ready for painting

    Fixing and fit-out

    Jagged Circuit, April 2026

Plaster, cabinetry, tiling, floors and fittings, followed by painting and finishing.

  6. Entry of the Jagged Circuit home with stone-look pillars, dark cladding over the porch and a black front door

    Handover

    Jagged Circuit, 2026

Final inspection, a walk-through with you, and the keys.
